Theresa M. Moore is an experienced legal advisor and trial attorney representing individuals and entities in a variety of trust, probate, business and personal matters. Ms. Moore also provides consultations to trust and estate attorneys and planners in the area of probate and trust procedure and litigation. In addition to her regular appearances in courts of general jurisdiction, Ms. Moore frequently appears in courts of special jurisdiction, such as the Denver Probate Court and U.S. Bankruptcy court for the District of Colorado on behalf of personal representatives, trustees, individuals and businesses at trial and on appeal. She served several terms as a director and officer of the Colorado Women's Bar Association and its non-profit charitable organization, the CWBA Foundation. Ms. Moore is admitted to practice in the states of Colorado, Texas and New York.
